Sandstorm 4E Tank Bag – Enduristan
Enduristan brings you the Sandstorm 3E, a 100% waterproof tank bag giving you 13-20 litres of storage capacity. This tank bag is designed more for bikes with more gently sloped tanks like the R 1200 GS Adventure, the Tiger 800XC, the Africa Twin etc. but will go on most tanks.

Layer 1 WEAR PROTECTION The outermost layer of the 3-layer fabric is made up of heavy duty polymer which acts as superior wear protection. With an all-welded design it makes theSandstormeven tougher.
Layer 2 TEAR PROTECTION The middle layer consists of 1000D Nylon mesh which is densely woven yet flexible to allow the 1000D Nylon filaments to align in the direction of the stress.
Layer 3 WATER PROTECTION The innermost layer of the 3-layer fabric is made out of red vinyl for perfect visibility and 100% waterproofing.
The tank bag features a water resistant zip with a unique covering on the inside. This, combined withEnduristans 3-layermaterial, makethe tank bag 100% waterproof.The bag has rigid inserts in the walls, so it maintains its shape even when empty. It has a rubberized handle to easily carry the bag when off the bike. The base of the bag has an anti slip coating to hold it in place when mounted.
The bag mounts on to the bike using Enduristans own strap system. The entire system is designed to allow for the tank bag to bemounted ordismounted from the bike quickly and easily, and not leave behind any dangling straps. The straps on the rider side of the bike have ROK straps incorporated into them. If you havent heard about ROK straps, read more about themhere. In short, theyre the bees knees, and a great way for keeping your soft luggage in place for longer. The ROK strapsinterface withquick disconnect buckles that are attached to the frame of the bike using heavy duty zip ties (you can order additional sets of these if you want to use your Enduristan tank bag across multiple bikes). On the other side of the tank bag, there is an adjustable 3 point harness that attaches to the head stock of the bike. This too is designed so that you can get it on and off the bike really fast (a struggle with most other strap-on tank bags). This also allows for the tank bag to be tilted out of the way when filling up your tank.
This tank bag features Enduristans patented Expandable Volume Technology, allowing the volume to be adjusted to any capacity between 13-20 litres. To expand the volume, simply release the velcro straps on the outside and pull the outer rim of the tank bag upwards. To reduce the volume, just pull the velcro straps down until the required volume is reached. Simple!
Inside the tank bag, there is a red inner lining for high visibility. Also,there is afold-away partition that allows you to divide the tank bag into separate areas. It can either be folded away or removed when not needed. There are 2 large holding loops that can be used to store bottles or lenses. These fold away as well when not being used. There are also 3 small loops for holding pens. There is a document pouch that attaches to the inside of the lid with velcro. This is perfect for carrying bike papers, passports etc. on those long haul trips. The pouch also has a couple of mesh pockets, a key holder and a pen holder.
Also included is a removable waterproof map pocket (320mm x 270mm) that securely attaches to the tank bag with velcro. You can even use this for keeping your devices. This tank bag also has 2 external water resistant pockets. These pockets have a combination of elastic loops and a mesh pocket (on 1 side), perfect for storing small items.
