This luggage rack allows secure attachment of a backpack or bag with straps or elastic bands (not included), and it can also accommodate a universal topcase plate (not included). Installation is straightforward and requires no drilling. Included pre-assembled plastic inserts protect the belt fixing points from wear during use.
