Designed to allow the Indian speedometer assembly to mount directly into the top side of the risers
Comes with replacement caps to clamp the stem of the riser into the stock Indian bar clamp
Also comes with four longer bolts to allow the speedometer assembly to securely attach to the top side of the risers
