– Top Plate is precision laser cut from 4mm Aluminium. Finished in CNC machine to provide the extra aesthetic contours while removing the sharp edges.
– Support base plate is made from CR steel to make sure the load gets transferred directly to a sturdy plate bypassing the OEM Plastic Top Rack.
– Precision cut, Sturdy side load balancer arms made from CR steel which transfers the load to the side pannier mounting points
– CNC Machined Nylon spacers reduce the friction between plates and offer rattle free product experience.
