Designed to provide additional clamping force to help prevent handlebars rotating in the risers. This additional ”torque resistance” is especially useful with higher handlebars. 12-13 threaded. With a low 1.5″ (3.8cm) rise and designed to give ultimate strength. Complete with stainless top clamp bolts.
